在使用springboot时，因为spring-boot有一个内置的tomcat容器，所以在进行run-as时，可能和本地的tomcat的端口号产生冲突，下面时运行项目时产生的错误：

***************************APPLICATION FAILED TO START*************************** Description: The Tomcat connector configured to listen on port 8080 failed to start. The port may already be in use or the connector may be misconfigured.

有两种方法解决这个问题：

1、打开任务管理器，找到正在执行的javaw.exe,点击结束进程。

2、打开cmd，使用命令强行关闭8080端口占用的程序：

首选输入：

netstat -ano

然后输入：

 tasklist | findstr "8080端口进程对应的PID"

最后输入：

taskkill /f /t /im java.exe
